  • Is there a deposit required when booking?
    Yes, we require a 50% deposit when booking a trip with us.
  • Can I add additional stops?
    Yes, you can add additional stops.
  • Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our vehicles.
  • Does the hourly rate continue during traffic?
    Yes the hourly rate does continue during traffic. (We are not responsible if driver arrives late because of traffic).
  • Is congestion, tools & parking fees included?
    Yes all clients will be informed whilst booking if there is additional fees.
  • Can we decorate the vehicle for celebrations?
    We allow some vehicles to be decorated, please inform us before doing so.
  • Is eating & drinking allowed in the vehicle?
    Yes we allow foods & drinks to be consumed in some of our vehicles.
  • Can I book on behalf of someone else?
    Yes we do accept booking on behalf of someone else.
  • What information is needed to book an apartment?
    Contact number First name & Last name Phone number
  • How can I book a stay?
    Choose a property on our site/page or message us with preferred location & amount of guests. We will then send you options to choose from.
  • Do you allow parties?
    Unfortunately we do not allow parties but small gatherings are allowed depending on the amount of guests.
  • Is there a refundable deposit which needs to be paid?
    We require a £300 refundable deposit when booking a property with us. You get the deposit back once we have checked There is no damages in the property & the policies has been followed accordingly.
  • Is there a fee for extra guests?
    Yes there is a fee depending on the amount of extra guests.
